Tal Ezer is a Professor in the Department of Ocean & Earth Sciences at Old Dominion University (ODU), part of the College of Sciences. His expertise lies in physical oceanography, climate change, and sea level dynamics. He holds a Ph.D. from Florida State University (1989), M.Sc. and B.Sc. from Hebrew University of Jerusalem (1984 and 1981).
