Takao Someya

Takao Someya is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Tokyo and a Hans Fischer Senior Fellow at the Institute for Advanced Study (TUM-IAS) at Technische Universität München. He leads the Focus Group on Artificial Electronic Skin with Prof. Gordon Cheng, aiming to develop transformative technologies for robotics, healthcare, and wearable systems.
