Takako Nomi, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Studies at Saint Louis University's School of Education. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Theory and Policy from Penn State University and an M.A. in Sociology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
