Taiawagi Helton is the W. DeVier Pierson Professor of Law and holds the academic rank of Professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He specializes in environmental law, property law, and Indian law, with a focus on environmental and natural resources issues affecting Native Americans and nation-building initiatives in Indigenous communities.
