Tabea Brüning

Tabea Brüning is a Research Associate at the Institute for Management & Organization (IMO) of Leuphana University of Lüneburg, working within the Professorship for Psychology, especially Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Her office is located in building C6, room 407, at Universitätsallee 1, 21335 Lüneburg, Germany.

Her research focuses on the intersection of psychology with innovation and entrepreneurship, with particular attention to work and organizational psychology, social and sustainable entrepreneurship, and digital transformation. She contributes to projects exploring socially innovative transformation through inclusive work environments, sustainable entrepreneurship, and digital entrepreneurship initiatives.
