TOMAS SERAFIN CUESTA GARCIA

Tomas Serafin Cuesta Garcia is a Professor in the Department of Agroforestry Engineering at the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC), affiliated with the Higher Polytechnic School of Engineering. He teaches in the degrees of Agricultural and Agri-Food Engineering, Forestry and Environmental Engineering, and Civil Engineering.

• Educational background: Agricultural Engineer (Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, 1991), Doctor of Agricultural Engineering (USC, 2001), and Diploma in University Teaching (2005).

His research focuses on water governance, irrigation planning, and rural wastewater management, conducted within the PROEPLA Research Group. Publications appear in journals like Revista Brasileira de Ciência do Solo and Agricultural Water Management.
