Dr. Francis TAY Eng Hock is an Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore, affiliated with the Department of Mechanical Engineering. He serves as Deputy Director (Industry) for the Centre of Intelligent Products and Manufacturing Systems and founded the Microsystems Technology Initiative (MSTI), establishing the Microsystems Technology Specialisation.
