Dr. T. Scott Findley is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics and Finance at Utah State University's Huntsman School of Business. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from Colorado State University (2007) with additional graduate degrees from Utah State University.
His research specializes in optimal pension system design within life-cycle consumption frameworks, examining how cognitive limitations and time-inconsistent preferences affect retirement planning. Key contributions include analyses of the Save More Tomorrow program and social security reforms accommodating computational ability constraints.
