Tülay Güner

Tülay Güner is a Scientific Associate at the Chair of Islamic Law, Center for Islamic Theology, University of Tübingen, since 2023. Her work focuses on Islam in the workplace, Muslim life in Germany, and Islamic law, with a special emphasis on employment law and the legal foundations of pastoral care. She also serves as a Consultant in the Fair Integration project since 2018.

Research Interests: Güner examines the intersection of Islamic jurisprudence and modern legal frameworks in Europe, particularly how Islamic law adapts to German labor and social rights contexts. Her work addresses challenges faced by Muslim communities in professional environments and contributes to the methodological training of Islamic theology students.
