Syreeta Washington serves as an Instructor and Counselor in the Early College Student Services unit at Leeward Community College, University of Hawai'i system, supporting high school students in college transition programs.

Ms. Washington specializes in educational equity and student development, with research interests spanning Counseling Psychology, Career Counseling, and Social Justice in Education. As Social Justice League Co-Chair for Love Pono, she actively promotes inclusive educational practices across campus.
