Sylwiusz Retowski

Dr. hab. Sylwiusz Retowski, Professor at SWPS University's Faculty of Psychology in Sopot, specializes in occupational and organizational psychology through his work in the Department of Organizational Psychology and Marketing. His research focuses on employee attitudes toward organizations, particularly implicit attitudes, and explores the psychological costs of work related to job insecurity and inadequate employment.
