She co-heads the Master's program in Business and Society Innovation, Industrial Development course, and is embedded within GREDEG's Pole Norms, Competition and Regulation (PNCR) and CCORSE team (Competition, public policies and sector regulations).
Her research spans Industrial Organization, Tourism Economics, and Regional Economics, with concentrated expertise in Russian economic policy, skilled migration dynamics, and platform-driven tourism innovation. Key focus areas include industrial policy evolution in post-Soviet contexts, long-tail phenomena in service economies, and mobility infrastructure transformations through digital platforms.
Publication analysis reveals a sustained investigation into Russian regional development since 2015, evolving from industrial policy chronicles to skilled migration frameworks, while parallel work examines tourism's structural shifts via platform economies and decision-analysis methodologies.
Within GREDEG, Dr. Rochhia contributes to the CCORSE team's examination of competition policy and regulatory frameworks in transportation, tourism, and industrial sectors, emphasizing empirical analysis of market transformations in European and Russian contexts.
