Sylvain Ravenne is a Lecturer in Private Law and Criminal Sciences at the University of Tours, affiliated with the Faculty of Law, Economics, and Social Sciences. His research focuses on patrimonial and property law, as well as the articulation of civil law and business law.
He teaches courses on introduction to law, patrimonial and property law, law of obligations, special contracts law, consumer law, civil procedure, inheritance and gifts law, commercial law, corporate law, security law, and law of companies in difficulty. His work is associated with the Institute of Interdisciplinary Legal Research (IRJI, UR 7496).
