Sylvain Lagrue

Sylvain Lagrue is a Lecturer-Researcher at the University of Technology of Compiègne (UTC) since September 2018. He conducts his research at the Heudiasyc laboratory (UMR-CNRS 7253) as a member of the CID team, where he has served as deputy head since September 2020. Additionally, he has been co-head of the Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (IAD) program in the UTC IT department since November 2021.

His research and teaching activities primarily focus on Artificial Intelligence and its various applications across different domains. His work spans theoretical foundations of AI as well as practical implementations in real-world scenarios, with particular emphasis on data science methodologies and their interdisciplinary applications.

Dr. Lagrue's academic service includes significant leadership responsibilities:

• Deputy head of CID team at Heudiasyc laboratory (since September 2020)
• Co-head of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (IAD) program (since November 2021)
