Syed Izhar Mustafa

Syed Izhar Mustafa, MD, is a part-time Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Rochester Medical Center's Department, specializing in mental health and wellness. He graduated from DOW Medical College (Karachi, Pakistan), completed psychiatry residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital (University of Texas), and a fellowship at Terrell State Hospital. Fluent in English and Urdu, Dr. Mustafa joined the faculty in March 2017.
