Sven Dennerlein

Sven Dennerlein is a Project Leader at the Department of Cellular Biochemistry, University Medical Center Göttingen, since 2014. Previously, he held a postdoctoral position at the same institution (2011–2014). His academic work is closely associated with mitochondrial research and cellular biochemistry.

• PhD in Biochemical Science from Newcastle University (2011)
• Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biotechnology from Technical University Dresden (2006)

Research Focus: Mitochondrial biochemistry, protein synthesis in human cells, and molecular mechanisms of cellular function. His career includes internships at BioAstral Limited (University of Leicester) and Newcastle University's Mitochondrial Research Group.
