Dr. Suzana Bareša serves as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management, University of Rijeka, teaching undergraduate courses in Financial Analysis and Planning, Financial Management, and Basics of Writing; graduate courses in ESG Investing; and doctoral courses in Investments and the Capital Market within the Sustainable Development Management program.
Her research focuses on Financial Management and Investment disciplines, with specialized expertise in Capital Markets and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) Investing methodologies applied to sustainable tourism and hospitality contexts. Key interests include financial planning frameworks and sustainable capital allocation strategies.
