Susanne Gomoluch

Susanne Gomoluch is a Teaching Professor of German at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she also serves as Elementary and Intermediate Language Coordinator and German Club advisor. She holds a PhD in Germanic Languages and Literatures from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2012).

Her research focuses on 18th-19th century German literature, Holocaust representation in film and literature, and language pedagogy. She has published on Polish Holocaust cinema and translated portions of Alexander Kluge’s Kong’s Finest Hour. Her teaching expertise includes translation studies and instructional design.
