Susana Vasquez serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Strategy at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, teaching Housing and Social Impact Lab (BUSN 42712) and Perspectives on Capitalism (BUSN 33250/33251) for 2024-26 academic years. With over 30 years of community development experience, she has held senior leadership roles at institutions including the University of Chicago, IFF, LISC, and the Resurrection Project.
Her educational credentials include:

- Certificate in Executive Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University (2024)
Vasquez's research integrates strategic management with community-driven social impact, focusing on housing policy, equitable capitalism models, and leadership in underserved communities. Her Housing and Social Impact Lab bridges academic theory with practical solutions for affordable housing challenges through student-led fieldwork.
As founder of epiku, llc, she consults on people-strategy alignment while serving on nonprofit boards including Court Theatre, University of Chicago Charter Schools, and Chicago Foundation for Women. Her work emphasizes translating academic frameworks into tangible community outcomes through the Housing and Social Impact Lab initiative.
