Susan Wilner Golden is a Lecturer in Management at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, where she has taught since 2021. She holds adjunct appointments at Stanford School of Medicine (2020-23) and visiting scholar positions at the Stanford Center on Longevity (2017-19). Her academic background includes a Doctor of Science in Health Services from Harvard University, a Master of Public Health from Boston University Medical School, and executive education from Harvard Business School.
Golden's research centers on the intersection of care economy innovation and longevity, focusing on entrepreneurial opportunities in aging populations and caregiving systems. Her work examines how businesses can adapt to extended lifespans and develop solutions for multi-stage life courses. Key interests include caregiving innovation, intergenerational engagement, and designing products/services for 100-year lifespans.
