Susan Wenze

Susan Wenze is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Lafayette College, specializing in clinical psychology and psychopathology. She holds a PhD from American University and has extensive experience in teaching, research, and clinical practice. Her work focuses on mood disorders, perinatal mental health, and technology-assisted treatments. She has received notable awards including the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Award and the Thomas Roy & Lura Forrest Jones Faculty Lecture Award. Her research explores cognitive and emotional processing in mood disorders, mental health in parents of multiples, and the development of innovative therapeutic interventions. She has mentored numerous undergraduate students in her Mood Processing and Treatment Lab and collaborates with institutions globally. Her teaching spans courses on psychological science, clinical treatments, and media psychology.
