Susan Nappi is the Executive Director of the Office of Community & Practice and a Lecturer at the Yale School of Public Health. She holds a DrPH in Public Health Leadership from the University of Illinois Chicago and an MPH in Chronic Disease Epidemiology from Yale. Her work focuses on community-academic partnerships addressing social determinants of health through multidisciplinary approaches.
