Susan A. Andrzejewski is the interim president of California State University, Channel Islands (CSUCI), a role she began in August 2025. Since 2014, she has been a faculty member at CSUCI, serving as Dean of the Martin V. Smith School of Business & Economics from 2018 (interim) to 2021 (permanent), as well as Chair of the business program and Executive Director of the Entrepreneurship & Small Business Institute. Prior to CSUCI, she held academic leadership roles at Franklin & Marshall College.
- B.A. in Psychology, Bethany College (West Virginia)
- M.A. and Ph.D. in Social Psychology, Northeastern University (Boston)
Dr. Andrzejewski’s career spans academic administration, strategic planning, and entrepreneurship education. She has contributed to university-wide initiatives and maintained a focus on business and social psychology intersections.
Her leadership roles include interim Dean, department Chair, and strategic planning committee participation. She emphasizes inclusivity and student success in her vision for CSUCI.
