Suresh Kotha is a Professor of Management at the Foster School of Business, University of Washington, where he serves as the Olesen/Battelle Excellence Chair in Entrepreneurship and Research Director of the Arthur W. Buerk Center for Entrepreneurship. He co-founded the West Coast Research Symposium on Technology Entrepreneurship and has taught at institutions including New York University, National University of Singapore, and Indian School of Business.
- Education: PhD, MS, MBA, and MArch from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute; BArch from University of Madras.
Research Interests span competitive strategy, entrepreneurship, technology innovation, and corporate venture capital. His work on trust in new ventures, knowledge-spillovers, and CVC investments has been widely cited, placing him in the top 0.9% of highly cited researchers globally (Stanford University Study, 2021).
