Suren Gomtsyan

Suren Gomtsyan is an Assistant Professor at the LSE Law School, specializing in corporate law, corporate governance, and empirical legal analysis. He holds a PhD and LLM (cum laude) from Tilburg University and has held academic roles at the University of Leeds School of Law (2016–2023) and visiting positions at Fordham University and Tilburg. His research explores institutional investor behavior, shareholder engagement, and private legal ordering, with notable work on FIFA's governance and corporate environmental accountability.
