Research interests revolve around sports gymnastics, motor learning and control, assessment of fundamental motor knowledge, and preschool physical exercise. Her work bridges biomechanical analysis of gymnastics performance with pedagogical strategies for motor skill acquisition in children and youth.
Across the most recent publications (2021–2023) a clear trend emerges: combining biomechanical, pedagogical and epidemiological perspectives to understand gymnastics performance, injury risk, and effective teaching methods. Studies repeatedly address the relative age effect, choreographic evolution of Olympic routines, and retention of motor skills, reflecting a holistic approach to kinesiology research.
