Sung Hoon Chung is an Associate Professor in the Department of Systems Science and Industrial Engineering at Binghamton University, SUNY. His research focuses on mathematical optimization under uncertainty, computational game theory, and applications in healthcare, supply chain management, and disaster logistics. He leads the Computational Operations Research & Engineering (CORE) Laboratory, which explores urban transportation, smart cities, and hazards management.
