Sun Jing is an Associate Professor at the Department of Management Science and Engineering, School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University. Her research spans strategic decision-making, service operations management, statistical data mining, and total quality management. She has extensive academic leadership experience, including roles in ISO standardization committees and the Chinese Quality Association.
