Sukhninder Panesar

Professor Sukhninder Panesar is a Senior Lecturer and Course Leader at Buckinghamshire New University's Law School, having joined in 2024. Previously, they led the Law School at the University of Wolverhampton, specializing in Equity and Trusts, Property Law, and International Business Law. Their roles include developing LLB and LLM programs, international partnerships (India, China, Kenya, Poland, Middle East), and collaborations with legal stakeholders like the Crown Prosecution Service and Legal Education and Training Review.

Educated at Coventry University (LLB First Class Honours) and Warwick University (LLM in International Economic Law with Lord Rootes Scholarship), their research focuses on Chancery and Commercial Law.
