Sudip Biswas is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Soil and Crop Sciences at Texas A&M University's College of Agriculture & Life Sciences, supervised by Endang Septiningsih. His research focuses on CRISPR-based genome editing for crop improvement in rice, legumes, and sorghum.
Education includes a PhD in Plant Breeding from Texas A&M University (2022), an MS in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from the University of Dhaka (2010), and a BS from the same institution (2009). Professional work centers on developing high-throughput gene editing pipelines and protoplast transformation systems.
