Stuart Szigeti is a theoretical quantum physicist affiliated with The Australian National University (ANU) and Q-CTRL. He holds a PhD from ANU (2013) and a Bachelor of Philosophy (Science) with First Class Honours (2008), for which he received the University Medal in Theoretical Physics. His research focuses on quantum optics, cold-atom systems, and quantum sensing, with applications in navigation, space science, and hydrology. He leads the Quantum Sensing Capability at Q-CTRL and has received an Australian Research Council DECRA Fellowship (2020).
