Anke Strüver is a full professor (Univ.-Prof. Dr.) at the Institute of Geography and Spatial Research, affiliated with the Faculty of Environmental, Regional and Educational Sciences at the University of Graz, Austria. Her research focuses on micro-scale urban human-environment interactions, particularly embodied practices and everyday activities related to food systems, care work, health, mobility, and the societal impacts of urban digitalization on sustainability.
