Steven Metallo

Steven Metallo is a faculty member in the Department of Chemistry at Georgetown University. His interdisciplinary research bridges chemical biology, biophysical chemistry, and surface chemistry, focusing on:

• Small molecule binders of intrinsically disordered proteins (IDPs)
• Macromolecular crowding effects on nucleic acids and protein-nucleic acid interactions
