Dr Steven J Coles is a Senior Lecturer and Course Lead for Biological Sciences at the School of Science and the Environment, University of Worcester. He specializes in Immunology and Haematology, with research focused on Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML) immune evasion mechanisms and clinical medicine collaborations with the NHS Trust Cardiology Department to identify blood biomarkers linked to heart attack risks.
- Teaches modules including Cell Biology, Molecular & Cell Biology, Biochemistry of Cancer, Haematology & Transfusion Science, and Applied & Commercial Research.
- Leads the Worcester Biomedical Research Group.
