Steven Harrison is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Kinesiology at the University of Connecticut and currently serves as Acting Director of his unit. His research focuses on the interplay between motor behavior, nervous system dynamics, and environmental interactions, with specific emphasis on postural control, locomotion, and human perceptual capabilities. He is affiliated with the Center for Health, Intervention, and Prevention (CHIP) at UConn, where his work bridges biomechanics and neuroscience.
