Steven A. Kautz

Steven A. Kautz, PhD is Professor and Chair of the Department of Health Sciences and Research at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) College of Health Professions. With extensive research experience spanning over three decades, Dr. Kautz is a leading expert in stroke rehabilitation, neurorehabilitation, and the biomechanics of human movement. His work uniquely bridges engineering principles with clinical rehabilitation to improve functional outcomes for individuals with neurological impairments.
