Steven A Gard, PhD, is an Associate Professor at Northwestern University, holding dual appointments in the McCormick School of Engineering and the Feinberg School of Medicine. As Executive Director of the Northwestern University Prosthetics-Orthotics Center (NUPOC), he leads research and education initiatives in prosthetic and orthotic technologies.
