Steve Musser serves as Executive In Residence in Management and Assistant Director of the Wandell Fellows program at Ohio University's College of Business, teaching management courses to undergraduates in the Integrated Business Cluster and delivering business venturing/strategy instruction to Master of Science in Management (MSM) and Online MBA (OMBA) students from his Copeland Hall office.
His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University (1991) and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School (1996).
With 30 years of industry experience spanning food systems, agribusiness, manufacturing, and strategy consulting, Mr. Musser integrates practical expertise in fertilizer innovation, consulting practice development, and genetic trait commercialization (notably at Monsanto) into his pedagogy. His pre-MBA role as plant accountant for Eaton Corporation in Germany further informs his real-world business perspective.
As Assistant Director of Wandell Fellows, he cultivates student leadership in business venturing while emphasizing applied strategic frameworks across his courses. His professional trajectory bridges corporate operations and academic instruction without documented research outputs or awards.
