Stephen W. Patrick is a Professor at the Rollins School of Public Health, Emory University, and Chair of the Department of Health Policy and Management. He is also Co-Director of the Emory Health Services Research Center, a practicing neonatologist at Children’s Hospital of Atlanta, and an Adjunct Physician Policy Researcher at RAND Corporation.
