Stephen Sweet is a Professor in the Department of Sociology at Ithaca College. He teaches foundational courses such as Introduction to Sociology, Family, Work, and Inequality, emphasizing the application of sociological perspectives to students' lives through hands-on research involving U.S. Census data, family interviews, and Bureau of Labor Statistics analyses.
