His work combines clinical practice with laboratory studies on goblet cell biology and immunomodulatory pathways in ocular surfaces.
Publications:
Recent work explores environmental stress effects on ocular surfaces, IL-13-driven goblet cell responses, and dry eye therapy efficacy. These studies emphasize translational research bridging basic science and clinical care.
Grants & Awards:
While no specific awards are listed, his academic rank and endowed chair reflect recognition of his contributions to ophthalmology.
