Stephen Lewia is Assistant Professor and Director of Clinical Education in the Department of Physician Associate at Wichita State University's College of Health Professions. He practices emergency medicine at Ascension Via Christi hospitals through Vituity healthcare organization.
His academic focus includes emergency medicine training, clinical education development, and physician assistant pedagogy. Previously, he taught high school biology and anatomy while serving as a Nationally Registered Paramedic volunteer. He has held leadership roles in the American Academy of PAs.
