Stephen Jones

Stephen Jones is a Research Professor at the University of New Hampshire’s Natural Resources & the Environment, based in Durham, NH. His work focuses on microbial processes in environmental systems, including fecal contamination tracking, mercury cycling, toxic chemical monitoring, and stormwater pollution analysis. He is affiliated with the Jackson Lab and teaches BMS 799H: Senior Honors Thesis.

Education: Ph.D. in Bacteriology (University of Wisconsin), M.S. in Soil Science (University of Wisconsin), B.S. in Soil Science (University of Maine).
