Stephen Goddard

Stephen Goddard is a Senior Lecturer and Deputy Head of School (Design) at UNSW Sydney, College of Fine Arts. His practice spans exhibition design, brand development, and publication design within Australia's cultural sector, transitioning from theatre design to major projects like the Sydney Festival (2002-05) and the Venice Architecture Biennale’s The Pool (2016).

• Research focus: Autoethnography, multidisciplinary design networks

His 2014 Master of Design thesis at UNSW, Cold Sweat: Making it in an Anxious World, introduced the concept of seam practice to describe collaborative design approaches.
