Stephen Cummings

Stephen Cummings is a Professor of Strategy and Innovation at the School of Management, Te Herenga Waka-Victoria University of Wellington. He serves as Associate Dean International and Accreditation, Co-Director of The Atom innovation space, and Academic Lead at Taiawa Scale Up Hub. His research focuses on historical assumptions limiting innovation, with notable works including 'A New History of Management' (Cambridge, 2017) and co-authored articles like 'Unfreezing change as three steps' (600k downloads). He has taught globally at institutions like Peking University and held fellowships at Copenhagen Business School.
