Stephen Campbell

Stephen Campbell is the Russell J. Penrose Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Minnesota and serves as Director of the Minnesota Nano Center. His research focuses on nanotechnology, semiconductor devices, and thin film growth, with expertise in chemical vapor deposition and 2D materials.
