Stephen Betuker

Stephen Betuker serves as a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, where he specializes in community mental health services for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. He also functions as an ACT Consultant and Trainer with the Institute for Best Practices, leveraging over two decades of field experience since 2001 across Illinois, Ohio, and North Carolina.
