Stephanie Studniberg is a Research Fellow in Microbiology at Monash University. Her work focuses on immunological mechanisms underlying infectious diseases, particularly malaria and dengue fever. She employs systems immunology and high-dimensional cytometry techniques to study T cell responses, immune memory, and clinical immunity. Her research contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals addressing global health challenges.
Key research areas include understanding impaired T cell memory in severe dengue progression, molecular features of asymptomatic malaria immunity, and γδ T cell activity post-infection. She collaborates internationally on malaria pathogenesis and has published in journals like Journal of Biomedical Science and Molecular Systems Biology.
