Stephanie Poland

Stephanie Poland is an Associate Professor of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. She holds a BS from the University of Southern Indiana (2009) and a PhD from Texas A&M University (2013). Her research focuses on transition metal catalysis, green polymerization techniques, and small molecule activation, particularly in the development of bio-friendly plastics. She co-advises the RHIT Volleyball Club.

Her research interests include sustainable epoxide/CO₂ copolymerization, catalytic coupling of epoxides, and CO₂ valorization.
