Stephanie L. Dohrn is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship at DePaul University's Driehaus College of Business. She teaches organizational behavior, principles of management, strategic human resource management, leadership in sports, and the multi-staged capstone research course for the MSFRL program.

Dohrn's research uniquely bridges sports and management principles, reflecting her background as a former student-athlete. Her work focuses on applying organizational behavior and leadership frameworks in sports contexts and business education.
She has received the Daniel Seiden Adjunct Teaching Award for Teaching Excellence. Prior to joining DePaul, Dohrn worked in student affairs at Iowa State University and Columbia University in New York City.
